As i near the end of what has seemed to be a VERY long pregnancy, I am getting really excited to meet the lil’ guy/gal. looking forward to middle of the night nursing (for real, so peaceful!) and onesies…so precious! my son is looking forward to being a big brother and has gained an incredible amount of independence in the past few months. so proud of him!
i am also REALLY looking forward to getting my body back. and im not talking about the post-baby no.1 body back, i’m talking the one i had before Jericho Jack was even a glimmer in mommy and daddy’s eyes. but i know in order to achieve that, i need major motivation.
so, this is what i am proposing:
i am looking for 4 or 5 women who also are up for the challenge. 4 or 5 women who aren’t afraid to share their tale of weight gain, weight loss, workouts and diet every day on a new blog we will create come november (when i have go-ahead to hit it hard again). in exchange for such honesty, they will get their personalized fitness plan for FREE! you see, the trainer that whipped my ass into shape before my wedding, has opened a new small gym on the upper west side, called PEDAL NYC. we will meet for three training sessions with Ray a week, plus a nutritionist will evaluate our respective diets, and you will have cardio homeowork to complete on your own.
the candidates must be available for those group training sessions and will have to keep an online blog journal of the experience – leaving no details unturned!!. we will all set goals for ourselves and wrk towards them together! my hope is that others will follow and join in online….strength in numbers!!!
so, what do you say? if you are interested….submit photos and your story. you must have at least one kid. we will kick off our program the day i get the go ahead from my doc.
